Audrey deChadenedes is a San Francisco artist who works primarily in collage and land art. She studied Fine Arts at Queens College, CUNY, and the School of Visual Arts in NYC. As she sees it, everything is art – paper, fabric, broken mirrors and dishes, rocks, seeds, feathers, bottles, boxes – everything. She loves to give these materials new life, and her work celebrates the beauty and enduring energy of all things. Having always been inspired by nature, Audrey often uses natural materials such as feathers and stones in her collages. She began creating public land art at Lake Merced in San Francisco in 2018, and in 2022 was awarded a dedicated spot to create weekly installations in the National AIDS Memorial Grove in Golden Gate Park. Audrey’s collages, drawings, and monoprints are available for sale, as well as photographs of her land art installations. Artist website LINK
